Not every project needs a paid assessment. Send photos first. A straightforward repair can often move directly to an estimate. When the cause, movement, drainage or repair scope is unclear, homeowner assessments start at $250 plus applicable tax. The assessment fee is credited toward approved Vermont Concrete Repair work.
