Concrete Resurfacing in Vermont

Resurfacing can make old concrete look renewed, but it only works when the substrate is sound, stable, clean, profiled, and compatible with moisture conditions.
If the concrete is moving, delaminated, saturated, or structurally compromised, resurfacing may amplify the problem instead of fixing it.
