- Close photos of cracks, loose material, scaling, exposed aggregate, failed coating, or movement.
- A measurement photo with a tape or ruler across the crack, height difference, or damaged area.
- A drainage photo showing roof water, downspouts, slopes, low spots, snow-storage areas, and nearby soil.
- Photos of earlier patches, sealants, coatings, lifting ports, or replacement joints.
