Repair vs Replacement Decision Guide
How to decide whether concrete should be repaired, resurfaced, stabilized, or replaced.
Not all concrete should be repaired. Repair is appropriate when the remaining substrate can support the repair system under expected exposure and load.
Replacement becomes more likely when deterioration is systemic, moisture cannot be controlled, settlement is active, or prior repairs have repeatedly failed.
