Concrete planning guide

What should a concrete before-and-after story establish?

A useful project story links the starting condition, actual work and documented result from the same project. Photographs and captions should make those relationships understandable.

What to record

  • Look for stage labels, actual source dates where known and a description of the work.
  • A realistic concept illustration should be labeled as such.
  • Private names, addresses and financial records are not necessary to explain the concrete work.

The decision to discuss

Do not treat a finish photograph as proof of years of performance, a measured result or a customer endorsement. The strongest story states what its evidence supports and leaves unsupported outcomes unclaimed.

Why the surrounding context matters

The finish discussion should follow the intended use and the condition of the material it covers. Appearance, transitions and care are useful owner decisions. A sample or photograph cannot establish hidden support, bond or long-term performance on its own.
